At the third set of traffic lights turn left onto Canberra Avenue, follow this road through three sets of traffic lights and just before a large roundabout is a three storey white building, this is the Diplomat.
     
     From Melbourne along the Barton Highway
     
     Follow the Barton Highway to the end and turn right onto Northbourne Avenue. Follow this through the city towards Parliament House. Veer left onto State Circle.
